A vegan dietitian, nutrition writer, and two-time author. I founded Phoenix Vegan Dietitian in 2018. Here, you'll go from a plant-based newbie to a plant-based pro with easy recipes and nutrition tips.

My Food Philosophy

My approach to nutrition is to make it easy, simple, and fun. Through trial and error, I cracked the code for eating vegan and hitting your nutrition goals, especially when it comes to micronutrients like iron, and I'm here to share it.

I'm an award-winning plant-based dietitian and the Phoenix Vegan Dietitian, helping people enjoy more plant-based foods through media and writing. I am the author of Vegan Slow Cooking for Two and have been featured in Women's Health, Well+Good, Forbes, Food Network, Shape, and more. I also appear on local Arizona news channels 12 News and ABC15.
